Railway Museum

Somewhat of a hidden gem, this museum houses an eclectic collection of memorabilia from Malaysia's railways, much of it dating back to colonial times. Among the most interesting exhibits is the bone of an elephant, which was killed in 1894, while charging a train.

The museum is located in the main hall of Kuala Lumpur Railway Station, one of the architectural highlights of the city. Constructed in 1910, is an extraordinary blend of Eastern and Western styles.
